The overall stay went well…. My only complaint is the amount of deposits and fees were not presented at the time of check in.. I was awakened at 4am, with an additional charge I knew NOTHING about. When I reached out to the front desk the worker stated I was charged due to an unknown audit overnight… she couldn’t give me a proper reason for the charge. I proceeded with the manager and she stated the additional deposit was for what’s called an “incidental charge” for purchases made, for refreshments or a meal from the restaurant which NONE were made!! I’ve NEVER heard of such a charge and sounds completely made up, especially since it wasn’t made known at check in and was taken out AFTER we checked in, in the middle of the night.. The manager stated that all deposits would be refunded after our stay….

Nice and clean hotel. Staff seemed to be limited butt friendly. Parking was completely insufficient. The hotel was at least 16 floors the parking garage only had 3 floors and a small parking lot off site for parking.
