Fun and funky design elements in the room, but still comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff was friendly. I had a parking space right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. And it was within walking distance of the old town area. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect hotel voor verblijf in Varna. Dichtbij de zeetuin en het strand. We hadden de suite, die was echt top. En fijn personeel: we moesten vroeg weg (5am). Het hotel verzorgde ongevraagd ontbijtpakketten.

The room did not correspond to the photo. It is like we get a room with lower standard than booked/expected, so the rate was rather high ! Moreover, the room was prepared for 2 people, nothing for our 6 years girl. Rather small TV screen. Pool treated without any notice, as a result, coughing, in particularly our girl 6 years old. Reply of employee => I must treat the pool. Ok, why not, but he must inform with highlighted plate accordingly. Not sure to book again this hotel, although we are used to go there since 2016.

Otelin konumu ve konforu harika. Odasi cok buyuk ve rahat. Kahvaltisi da cok lezzetli ve zengin. 3 kisilik odada kalmamiza ragmen 3.kişi icin kahve, su, bardak, fincan, havlu seti, bornoz düşünülmemişti. 5 yıldızlı bir otele göre yapilmamasi gereken bir hata bence. Otoparkı vardı fakat oldukça pahalı.

The hotel was excellent with very spacious rooms & facilities and good, helpful, English speaking staff. It's right near the city centre and close to many of the city's sights and venues so a perfect place to stay while in Varna.

Some problems to be solved

We had booked a de lux room and was told we we be upgraded, but discovered we were downgraded to a standard double instead. The bed was super hard and I had a terrible night. Next night I slept on two pillows. Breakfast was very good. Dinner in restaurant gave me stomackproblems for two days. Language problems in restaurant also resulted in us getting an extra charge for steak priced per 100 grams instead of per serving.
