Unique modern designed house great for a family with kids with lots of outdoor and indoor activities, or for a bunch of friends looking for a secluded spot with fabulous entertainment areas.

Wake up with the birds singing, view the sea and take a 3 min walk to the beach for a morning dip in the ocean.

Ocean view with the wild forest is your neighbour.
Peaceful area for long refreshing jogs/walks and bicycle tours on fantastic cycling paths around beautiful Värmdö.

Spend the day swimming, playing on the beach and surf board paddling (SUP).

In the huge lovely green garden you play table tennis, badmonton, croquet, football, basketball and board games at the house.

Great entertainment areas both indoors and outdoors with modern kitchen that has direct access to the secluded and big horseshoe shaped patio at the back. The front patio has dining and relaxation areas.
