Fantastic Place for a Celebration

This is a wonderful place for a celebration being so close to Champagne .... thank you for making Fannie's 50th birthday celebration so special. The two houses have been lovingly restored in keeping with the period of the property which made for an extravagant setting for us. Each room is lovely with its own period furniture and features and everything worked as expected. Nathalie was on hand to give us any assistance we needed throughout the holiday and speaks excellent English. Nice to have enough area for all the (10) kids to play and not so close to neighbours who may have complained about some rowdy behaviour !! Nathalie was able to advise about hiring a Chef for our special meal and recommend a vineyard for a Champagne tasting. The Intermarche is around 15 minutes away and is excellent with everything you could need including excellent magnums of Haut Cote de Beaune!!

Best property we have ever rented

This rental property is a huge cut above anything we have ever stayed in...and that goes back many years. The properties have been restored to a very high standard, with taste and grace. The bedrooms are all beautiful, and the bathrooms immaculate. The living accommodation has been thoughtfully planned out to be versatile for any combination of events and people. We used the outside table for several al fresco dinners of 20, and we used the inside tables at both properties for meals also seating 20. There is plenty of tableware, and the kitchen equipment enabled us to cook high quality meals. We used the barbecues multiple times, the hot tub was a real treat, and the bikes got lots of use! The grounds are enclosed, so our dog happily roamed free, he had a great time too! Our host Nathalie was very helpful but happy to leave us as independent, which was perfect. All of us enjoyed staying here immensely, and we will definitely book again. Parfait

Wir haben im August mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern (3 - 17 Jahre), insgesamt 17 Personen, eine wunderschöne Woche auf diesem einzigartigen Anwesen verbracht.Schon die Anfahrt durch den Park hat uns verzaubert. Unsere aufmerksame Gastgeberin Nathalie hat uns herzlich empfangen und durch die Villen und den Park geführt und mit einem Willkommensgeschenk überrascht: Im Kühlschrank stand herrlicher Cremant und Produkte aus der Region bereit. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin war jederzeit reibungslos und unkompliziert - perfekt.Jede der Villen hat ihren eigenen Charm. Sorgfältig, behutsam, geschmackvoll und durchdacht bis ins kleinste Detail (auch Farbgebung der Räume) renoviert und möbliert,strahlen sie eine einzigartige, anziehende Atmosphäre aus. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind sehr bequem, mit schöner Bettwäsche bezogen, also guter Schlaf garantiert.Die Ausstattung der Küche ist in jeder Villa perfekt und großzügig, schönes Koch- und Essgeschirr in ausreichenden Mengen vorhanden,alles ist sehr sauber.Der weitläufige Park mit seinen großen, alten Bäumen, Apfelbäumen, Ecken und Winkeln ist einmalig, zauberhaft - magisch. Wir haben im Freien getafelt, jeder konnte seine Ecke finden: zum Yoga, Lesen, Spielen, Reden usw. Die "Kleinen" vergnügten sich ausgiebig im Whirlpool und im "Zauberwald", Ausflüge mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern in die Umgebung. Familienausflüge nach Troyes, Dijon, Chatillon. Schönes Burgund. Der Abschied fiel uns schwer. Es war herrlich!

Heerlijk

We beleefden een mooie week met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen in april op dit bijzondere domein. De mooi gerestaureerde huizen, in een prachtige parktuin gelegen, zijn stijlvol ingericht en voorzien van een quasi volledige uitrusting. We genoten van de rust en stilte -op het fluiten van de vogels (uil, koekoek, tjiftjaf,... ) en de kerkklokken na. Gastvrouw Nathalie ontving ons hartelijk, gaf vooraf heel wat informatie en voorzag ons van wat extra's maar had ook attenties voor de kleinkinderen (paaseieren!).Een absolute aanrader.

Dans un écrin de verdure

En plus de l’accueil de Nathalie et le fait qu’elle avait pensé à tout, nous avons pu jouir du parc arboré idéal pour les enfants car entièrement sécurisé. Superbes maisons rénovées avec élégance. équipements de qualité, gérante aux petits soins. Magique !

Tout simplement superbe.

Ce week-end est un sans faute. Dès notre arrivé nous avons été reçu par Nathalie qui nous a fait le tour de la propriété et montré tout les équipements dont celle-ci dispose. Croyez moi, le domaine est encore plus époustouflant en vrai que sur l'annonce. Absolument tout était parfait. Nous avons simplement eu à profiter de notre séjour. Nous remercions une nouvelle fois Nathalie pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse, au moins à la hauteur de l'incroyable logement qu'elle met à disposition.

Inoubliable

Nous avons passé 5 jours aux villas du Parc à l’occasion des fêtes de Noël. Nous étions un groupe familial de 12 personnes. Je tenais à préciser que ces 2 villas ont un charme fou et ont été remarquablement restaurés et modernisés. Tout le monde s’y est tout de suite particulièrement bien senti. Avant notre arrivée, Nathalie Pierre avait pris soin de décorer les 2 villas aux couleurs de Noël, le résultat était sublime. Pendant notre séjour, Nathalie est restée disponible et d’une extrême serviabilité, en nous apportant les petites choses qui nous manquaient ou en nous conseillant sur les activités environnantes. Le parc de la propriété est vraiment grand et les environs (Villiers le Duc, forêts aux alentours notamment) d’une grande beauté, en plein cœur du Parc National de Forêts. Si vous aimez les balades, le running, le calme, vous allez vraiment adorer. Au niveau commodités, c’est sans souci. On a beau être vraiment isolés, tout est disponible à 10-15mn max. Le mix parfait. Nous n’aspirons qu’à une chose désormais : revenir !

Incroyable séjour

Superbe maison très bien équipée, confortable et optimale pour les grands groupes (nous étions 20 adultes répartis sur les deux maisons). Nathalie est adorable et très arrangeante. A notre arrivée un panier d'accueil était prêt avec des produits de la région. Un brasero nous a gentiment été prêté (avec tout le bois nécessaire) pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur même en hivers. La maison très bien situées avec des activités sur place ou à proximité : vélos (mis à disposition sur place), balades, visites de caves et de vignoble. Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour, merci encore.

Wat een prachtig landgoed en vakantiewoning! We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en de prachtige tuin. De woning was tip top in orde en de gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een echte aanrader!

Un excellent lieu avec deux maisons indépendantes pour accueillir les grands parents et les couples sans enfant d’un côté et les couples avec enfants de l’autre. Excellent service d’une cuisinière et d’une assistante maternelle.

Deux très belles villas entièrement équipées et très fonctionnelles avec un magnifique parc

Tout le matériel pour se détendre (tables de Ping pong, beaucoup de grandes tables pour déjeuners et dîners dans le jardin, jacuzzi etc…) chambres magnifiques avec sdb pour certaines. Cadre idéal pour se détendre ou découvrir la Bourgogne. Une voiture est nécessaire pour y accéder car les gares sont à 40-50 minutes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille / entre amis dans un cadre idéal. Les deux villas sont nichées dans un écrin de verdure au calme, très bien entretenu. Elles sont décorées avec beaucoup de gout et bien équipées. Nous étions coupés du monde, ce qui nous a vraiment permis de nous retrouver. Le domaine est entièrement clôturé ce qui permet de laisser chiens en enfants se balader en sécurité. Notre hôte Nathalie est agréable, souriante, réactive, et adaptable. Il est très facile et agréable d'échanger avec elle. en conclusion, nous n'aurions pas pu rêver à un meilleur séjour, je recommande +++, et réserverai encore les yeux fermés

Top à tout point de vue!

Difficile de savoir par où commencer... La propriétaire des lieux est très avenante, à l’écoute et réactive. Les villas en tant que telles sont décorées avec goût, confortables, hyper fonctionnelles et parfaitement entretenues, à l’instar du parc clôturé autour des villas dans lequel nos enfants ont pu évoluer en toute sécurité (aucun plan d’eau et sécurisé dans l’ensemble). La localisation est elle aussi idéale, proche de tous les commerces essentiels et centrale pour qui désire profiter des nombreuses activités proposées dans la région. A réserver les yeux fermés!
