Cocoonr agency offers you the opportunity to rent l'Escapade, a 100 m² house that can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Situated in a residential area, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the location, while still being close to the bustle of the town centre. The house comprises a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), two bathrooms with shower and 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The flat is ideal for exploring Vannes with family or friends. All you have to do is put down your suitcases and set off to discover the heritage of Morbihan!
The accommodation is composed as follows :

- A living room of 25 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber)
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Four bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 king-size bed (180×200) and 2 queen-size beds (160×200). 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival
- Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub
- 2 toilets, one of which is separate
- A beautiful garden of 500 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

L'Escapade 🙂 nice support from the people in charge. We could leave our luggage before the time as someone was cleaning before us. Very appreciated. Garden; all the equipment (bbq, coffee machine, washing machine...)

L'Escapade "Volvería a utilizarla. 🙂 Muy buena ubicación para las conexiones por carretera. El barrio muy tranquilo. La parte delantera de la casa y el jardín posterior dan mucho juego para su disfrute. 🙁 La escasa explicación del funcionamiento de la casa, el ambiente a inmueble cerrado y húmedo (fácilmente corregible) y la limpieza de alguna de las habitaciones."

L'Escapade "Logement agréable, bien propre et équipé, avec à l'étage une pièce de vie lumineuse donnant sur une place au calme, 3 chambres avec placards et Sdb wc, et une chambre au rdc avec Sdb. La literie est très bonne. Le jardin est simple et sympa, les enfants en profitent bien. Il y a qq commerces à 10 min à pied mais le quartier est principalement résidentiel, proche néanmoins du centre en voiture et des grands axes. Les personnes de l'agence sont très arrangeantes pour l'arrivée. Une bonne adresse pour faire une étape !"

L'Escapade "🙂 Le calme 🙁 Volets roulants cassés. Odeurs mazout chaudiere face salle de bain et danger probleme de securite. Pieces de vie à l'étage. Non dit ds le descriptif. Donc avec 2 personnes âgées. De 93 et 88 ans..... difficulte de rentrer ds la douche . Il faut bien s'organiser pour prendte un café ou un repas dehors . Cuisine a letage et accès au jardin par le garage. Jardin non entretenu. Pelouse pas tondue.....dommage."
