"The bed was large and comfortable. The only sink in the place was the bathroom so for someone who drinks a lot of water and stayed for a few days, it was less than ideal. My fault for not noticing that when I booked. The location is nice and close to town so walked there a couple times. I didn't check out the icecream shop but it looked yummy!"

"It's a very cute one bedroom one bath house. It has a full kitchen with a breakfast table. The futon is nice. My kids really enjoyed the YouTube subscription on the TV. The bathroom is very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Owner is very sweet and responsive. We definitely recommend it."

"Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides. The house is a beautifully remodeled farmhouse with big eat in kitchen making it great to connect with the group as we cooked and ate. Super comfortable. "Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. "

"The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!"

"We stayed 5 nights in this lovely house. Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and close to everything we needed. Xenia, Ohio is a beautiful place for an extended spring-time bike holiday. We brought our bikes from Wisconsin and rode every day along well marked, paved trails in the Little Miami River Valley. We especially loved the artwork throughout the house. And our host, Adam, provided us with useful information about the area. Thanks to all."

"I first found this property in 2020, but had to cancel plans due to that year's events ... So, I was able to finally stay at this unique location this year, and found it as expected--a unique location with it's own history, in a spacious and modernized environment. Great stay in that location for my friends and me, and we have already talked about returning next year!"

"Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!"
