Welcome to the Bold and Modern! This newer modern masterpiece custom-built home is truly a home with character!

Feel the spaciousness over 2800 sq ft of comfort living. Nothing was spared including all high-end appliances and quartz/marble finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms. Bold fixtures and flooring add a glamorous style to this serene retreat.

On the main floor this home features 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas and 2 kitchens - this place is perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable stay. In the family room enjoy a large 55" TV with Telus cable. The large gourmet kitchen is stocked with all your needs whether you're preparing breakfast for the family or cooking a feast for your friends. Plan on entertaining? Make use of the secondary prep kitchen. Not planning to cook? Gather around the large island for some chats and laughs! This floor also has a bedroom and powder room.

This home boost 5 bedrooms and 3 of them having their own ensuite bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor. The 4pc master bathroom includes a jetted tub and stand up shower.

Enjoy summer days relaxing on the covered patio and watch the kids play on the grass in the gated backyard space.


Head to BC's biggest mall - Metropolis at Metrotown located only a short 7 min drive away. A 10 min drive will get you to Deer Lake Park. Leisurely walking trails with scenic views connect the lake, Burnaby Art Gallery, Shadbolt Centre for the Arts, Burnaby Village Museum and Hart House restaurant. EA Vancouver headquarters only 2 blocks away.

Free street parking in front of the house. Please note there are tenants in the basement suite. They will not share any of the space with you, they have their own entrance on the side of the house.

Everything was really good. Some light bulbs out in master bed room and bathroom. Would be nice to have some lamps in public rooms for softer lighting. Water is so hot it needs a warning sign in bathrooms. Need to stop the walk in wardrobe door automatically locking. This property is a good size and well maintained. The location is very convenient and in a tranquil neighbourhood. Property presents well and is very comfortable. It fit nicely for our party of 8. We used 4 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedding and pillows were comfortable and appliances and furniture were stylish. There is a nice walk out sitting area in the back. Bathroom had heated flooring which was a nice surprise. We were all very satisfied with the stay!!P.L.

We had a wonderful experience here with my extended family. House was clean, spacious, with a great layout for extended families. Host was friendly and responsive. The only suggestion I could make is to have more cutlery. There were 10 of us and we’d often run out. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a group

We were down for an event. The house was very well equipped. The property manager ensured our comfort during our stay with the right amount of communication. Was perfect for a group and very clean. We couldn't have asked for better. Beautiful property, would definitely stay again!

Exceptional Host! An Outstanding Stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic VRBO property for a business trip, and I can't say enough good things about both the accommodation and the host! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely top-notch. Firstly, the property itself was impeccable. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home, which made the trip so much more enjoyable. I rarely write reviews, but what drove me to write this and set this stay apart from anywhere else, was the exceptional host. From the moment I booked, Irene was incredibly responsive and helpful. She provided clear instructions and made sure I had all the information I needed for a seamless check-in. When, unfortunately, the key was misplaced during my stay, Irene went above and beyond to help me out. She was quick to respond, flexible in arranging a spare key, and incredibly understanding about the whole situation (thankfully the original key was found and sent back). Her friendly customer-centric manner and willingness to assist really made a difference in the trip. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO property and its hosts. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with an exceptional host who truly cares about their guests' experience, this is the place to book. I'll definitely be booking again for either personal or business. Thank you for making the stay so wonderful, it was appreciated!

Just wonderful!

What a nice place to stay! From the moment we walked in the house we felt at home. It is just as the pictures show or even better. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable. All of us had more than enough space in Irene’s house. The open kitchen is the middle point of the house and we enjoyed our breakfasts and some time off there after visiting Vancouver. Communication with Irene was nice and easy and she always answered right away whenever we had questions, she was a big help and we appreciated it a lot. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and is only a 15 minute drive to downtown. We ate one night at one of the restaurants that Irene recommended and it was really really good. We’ve stayed in many different rental locations around the world and we can surely say this house is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Thanks for sharing your house with us, we hope to come back one day to Vancouver and stay in your lovely house again.

Spacious House

we were 10 adults ..1 infant of 3 months and a 5 year old... no one was on top of each other at all ...everyone one was comfortable and moved around easily....if you love to cook you have gas stove and electric just in case u do not like one or the other...in house laundry room perfect....especially with little ones...once out side covered gallery was perfect..unfortunalely we did not have the best weather to use the BBQ outside and sitting area in the lower yard....hopefully next time....Irene and Bob were the perfect hosts...
