It encourages an open concept and seamlessly blends the living, kitchen, and dining room all together. Each room is curated and designed uniquely different from the other. A great place for family and friends to get together and experience everything Vancouver has to offer. Being in the center of all the attractions, it`s simply the place to stay for your getaway.

Discover comfort and style in this newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse, designed with a modern aesthetic and contemporary flair. The open-concept living area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen, creating the perfect space for family gatherings and social moments.

Whether you love to cook or simply enjoy a morning espresso, our kitchen is ready for you. It features a spacious island with seating for three, all the essentials for cooking and baking, and even a cookbook to inspire your culinary adventures. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee from the espresso machine, paired with my favorite locally sourced beans.
🛏️ Comfortable Bedrooms:
All three bedrooms are located upstairs, each thoughtfully designed and furnished with a queen-sized bed and plush mattresses for restful nights. Extra pillows and bedding are also available for your convenience.

The bathrooms are well-appointed with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

The neighborhood is very quite not a lot of through traffic. The street gets packed with cars and parking sometimes gets tricky. It is less then a minute away from highway 500 but not very noisy regarding the highway. Neighbors are also friendly.
Getting around is extremely easy being just minutes away form downtown and highway 500 which connects you to unlimited adventure.

- 2 miles to Downtown Vancouver
- 11 miles to Downtown Portland
- 12 miles to Portland International Airport
- 35 miles to Multnomah Falls
- 65 miles to Mt. Hood
- 88 miles to the Oregon Coast (Seaside)

- Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the house, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
-Shoes: Please remove your shoes and leave them in the entryway.
- Pets: Pets must be with owner at all times. Pets can not sleep in beds. Owner is responsible for any damages caused by pets.
- Parties are not allowed.
-Early check in and late check out requests: We are unable to confirm early check-ins or late check-outs until the day of your arrival or departure. If you need a guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before. On the day of your arrival or departure, please let us know your preferred check-in or check-out time. If it exceeds a 30-minute window, a $50 fee will apply, which we share with our cleaning team to coordinate your request.
-Unnotified Pet Fee: Guests who bring pets without notifying the host will be charged $100 per pet/per night for the duration of the stay.
