Short 20-30 minute drive to ski hills Grouse, Cypress, Seymour mountains. Whistler 1 hour away. 5 min boat ride to Granville Island. Walk, bike, ride to English Bay & Stanley Park. Weekly cleaning with some laundry service is available for an extra fee.

Third smaller bedroom has a single wall bed that folds up in a second with a built in drop down desk so you can easily use as a 2nd or 3rd office if you prefer.
Second bath has deep air jetted jacuzzi tub, heated floors and shower. Living room has a 65 inch flat screen TV with two massive couches.
Office in living space has electronic sit stand desk with triple multi monitor displays for microsoft surface pro already set up. Printer is wifi enabled so you can quickly and easily work from home just plug and play with breathtaking work views right from your desk!
