Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Entertainment bonus room with an air hockey table, small work desk, a sleeper and another roku tv. There are 3 bedrooms each featuring a queen bed, 1 bathroom with ada shower (no tub). Long term stays are welcome.

This place is equipped with everything you need for your long or short-term stay. Drip coffee, 55 inch smart tv, dishwasher, comfortable furniture, gas stove, washer and dryer in unit. Master bedroom has a casper mattress. With a gas fireplace, feel cozy on an evening hang out with your family.

Half acre property fully landscaped for you to enjoy. Air hockey table in bonus room, games, smart tv and a small desk for a laptop. Back patio is all fenced and features a gas firepit with lounge chairs to enjoy a view of the landscaped backyard.

Please note that basement is being rented out separately to a long term tenants.

A bit more work and this place could be fantastic!

There are a number of things that I hope get updated/fixed before someone else stays here. For starters there are no dresser drawers in any of the bedrooms to put your clothes in and only one bedroom has a closet where you could hang clothes, except there isn't a rod to put hangers on! I had to leave my clothes in my suitcase on the floor. In one of the bedrooms, the only closet is being used by the washer and dryer, so unable to hang clothes in it. The only closet with a rod and hangers is next to the front door! The bonus room is great as it is the only room with AC, but you cannot watch tv as there are windows on the opposite wall and the sun shines right onto the tv screen making it impossible to see. Other listings for this house state that they have black out shades, but here were none to speak of. The long term tenant downstairs is also very noisy, especially at night. I was woken up numerous times throughout the night from what sounded like moving furniture and talking. As I mentioned, the bonus room is the only spot with AC and even leaving the machine on all hours does not help the rest of the house. It would get very warm in the living room and bedrooms, even with all the shades closed to keep the sun out. I was not able to use the deck or backyard as there is no shade to sit out there and it was over 90 degrees when I stayed. The grass in both the front and back yard was brown, so I didn't go wandering around as it didn't look pleasant. I didn't receive the welcome guide until late in the evening when I first arrived and it took several messages to the property manager to get it. I had hoped to receive it before arriving. I do like the location of the house and the neighborhood is very quiet. I never saw the peacock everyone else seemed to find wandering around. I will most likely stay elsewhere in the future, unless there are some significant improvements to this house.

Cute Home

The property is a cute home in a nice family-friendly neighborhood. Even though there were some technical issues with the property, the manager was quick to respond and help us with the issues. It was perfect for my little family vacation. We enjoyed the neighborhood peacock that daily strutted his stuff down the street.
