Welcome to your serene and stylish retreat in North Vancouver! This private garden-level suite is nestled directly across from the bus stops and transit lines, making it an ideal home base for both sightseeing and local commuting. Whether you're here to explore Vancouver’s downtown, hike in nearby trails, or enjoy shopping and dining in North Vancouver, this suite offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of tranquility.

📍 Location & Transit Access

The suite is located at Grand Boulevard , North Vancouver—a quiet, safe residential stretch with mature trees and a calm street ambiance.

Right across the street, you have one of the major bus stops along Grand Boulevard. Multiple bus routes pass directly in front of the home, connecting you to key transit hubs.

Among the routes are #229 / #210 (or other) which run frequently between North Vancouver and Lonsdale Quay. From Lonsdale, you can catch the SeaBus to downtown Vancouver in about 12–15 minutes.

Total travel time to Downtown Vancouver (via transit) is typically between 25 to 35 minutes, depending on schedules and traffic.

Want to get toward Grouse Mountain for hiking or sightseeing? From the same transit hub, you can transfer to buses heading toward the base of Grouse. The trip (bus + gondola) might take 40–50 minutes depending on timing.

Local stops for grocery, coffee shops, and restaurants are just a few blocks away (5- to 8-minute walk).

For guests with cars, private driveway and street parking is available and loading/unloading access is straightforward thanks to the entrance across from the bus route.

    This is a good unit for 1 to 2 people. It is small, but has what you need. I just used it to sleep in, but the kitchen had a small fridge, microwave and hot plate. Good value on a budget and a quiet, clean space with lots of windows.
