Nice and quiet country setting. Cabin was very comfortable and nice to have more space than a hotel room. Owner Jennifer was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we might have.
We had a wonderful stay. After shopping all day in Canton, we came back to the house to relax by the fire and enjoyed watching a movie later in the night. Jennifer was a great host. We will definitely be back.
Loved our night in at this property! Two separate loft areas plus a bedroom was perfect. Beds were super comfortable. Property is lovely! We enjoyed outdoor cooking on the grill.
Nice quiet stay in the country. It was close to Canton trade days and a delicious Farm house restaurant the host recommended. Corn hole in the front yard was a great bonus. We enjoyed playing in the evening. The house was quaint and so cute. Can’t wait to visit again.
We enjoyed our quick stay at this little cabin. It's in a country setting....nice, quiet and clean. Jennifer, the host, is great! She lives next to the cabin, and just a text away if you need anything. We didn't get to stay long enough to fix a meal, but the kitchen seems to have everything you need, right down to snacks and stuff for smores! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a weekend at Canton's First Monday (10 minute drive), or anything else in the area. Thanks again, Jennifer, for your hospitality!
We stayed here for the eclipse and really enjoyed the stay.
The host is fantastic with excellent communication as we brought our dog and she also has dogs but it was easy to arrange different times to have the dogs out. Her dogs are super friendly, I think my wife wanted to take them home with her. She also has horses which are always a pleasure to see.
The cabin is small but really nice. It’s decorated well with lots of amenities. It very comfortable and the Wi-Fi works great for the kids. It sits on a few acres of horse property in front of the main home, stables, and horse corral. The cabin itself sits on a flat, well kept, grassy field and the property around it has trees but the immediate area around the cabin is a clear field.
If you’re into astronomy, this is far enough out of the light pollution of Dallas to give you great viewing on clear nights. The grassy field with no trees is perfect for higher angle viewing. Surrounding tree line on three sides is too high for objects remotely near the horizon but the skies overhead are clear and bright.
Highly recommend this property for some couples down time. Enjoy.

The cabin was super cute!! it was very clean. It was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave. It had plenty of towels and wash rags and toiletries.. The location was great. It was so peaceful. We loved sitting on the front porch, drinking our coffee and just listening to nature.. I would definitely recommend this cabin and I would love to stay here again in the future!
