「The unit was very clean, comfortable and all the amenities were nice. There was an annoying whistle from the bathroom vent when the heat or the a/c came on but we put a towel over it and that helped. The property manager's instructions for check in were clear and we found it no problem. There were a couple of things that influenced our rating in a native way though. 「The house was close to the Gas City Performing Arts Center, which was the purpose of our visit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house was generally clean, but overall it was very outdated, worn and in need of some TLC.」

「The apartment was nice. The only thing we had a problem with is the noise. There was a party downstairs underneath our apartment and it was so loud. We couldn’t even hear the TV. If you’re going for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I’m not sure this is the place. If noises don’t bother you then this is a great place with a great view. I do have to say after we got in touch with the owners they did try to get the party quieted down around 11 p.m.」
