「This guest house was magical! Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!」
「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio.
I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them.
Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...
「The property and staff were fantastic! The limited rooms and the spacious property. Made you feel like you had the villa to yourself. The staff were attentive and all wonderful. The multiple areas to grab food and drinks made it feel like you were in a different property. The boat ride they arrange was the cherry on top. Spectacular. If you have a chance, stay in the Varenna room. A perfect way to get your Lake Como experience on. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. 」
「This hotel has a gorgeous pool view. Staff is excellent. Short walk to shops restaurants and ferries.
We had apartment which easily suited our family. My only recommendation is to add additional lighting in the apartment. The master bedroom in particular is a bit dark easily fixed with more overhead lighting. 」
「The hotel was exceptionally better than I thought! It is in such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing Mountain View’s and only 1 minute away from lake como beach area behind the property. The hotel itself is a little dated but kept in excellent condition and very clean! Parking is available and the staff were incredibly nice. I would stay in this property again and highly recommend it. 」
