"Nice and small apartment which offers everything you need for your stay. Very well situated for your boulder sessions in chironico. The self check in and check out works just fine! We stayed with 6 people. The beds are all right. The sleepingcouch is somewhat useless. Two people slept on our crashpads which were way more comfortable as the couch. Takes its time to heat up since the oven is situated in the corridor in the middle of the apartment. Would have been better situated in the living...

"It was our second time at Nicolai's apartment and probably not last. Location is fantastic for skiers and for hikers. Nice and quiet neighborhood with skibus stop just in front of the house. Apartment is sunny and spacious, very well equipped, clean and tidy. The host - Nicolai is very supportive, easy reachable and really takes care about his guests. Vielen Dank Nicolai"

"Tolle Lage, sowohl in der direkten Umgebung über dem Tal als auch für Touren und Unternehmungen. Ich habe den Ausblick und die Ruhe (meistens, wenn nicht gerade irgendwo gemäht wurde) sehr genossen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, wenn auch meistenteils nicht wirklich auf dem neuesten Stand. Ich habe dem Vermieter ein paar Hinweise zum Update für eine besser funktionierende Ausstattung gegeben. "Die Kommunikation im Voraus mit den Eigentümern der Hütte war total unkompliziert. Die Anreise im Dunkeln im Nebel & Schnee vom Ort zur Hütte hoch war ein kleines Abenteuer, aber gut machbar. Die Hütte ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. In der Küche sind Spüli, Geschirrhandtücher, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Gewürze etc. vorhanden. Wir hatten aber alles selbst dabei.
