"El lugar estaba espectacular, muy amplio, limpio y bonito. En cuanto a la comunicación con el host, tuvimos el inconveniente de dejar las llaves dentro del departamento y no darnos cuenta hasta la noche que regresamos de la opera. Estuvimos intentando comunicarnos para que nos ayudaran pero no hubo respuesta hasta en la mañana. Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento esa misma noche y viajábamos con mi abuela de 82 años lo que lo hizo algo pesado. De no haber sido por esto todo hubiera sido...

Mathia (the host) was super polite and helpful throughout our stay - we checked in with ease, he provided us with lots of recommendations for the area (as well as Venice as we did a day trip there) and he was always on hand if we needed anything.
