「We stayed with two small dogs…. So many sticker (sandspurs) in the yard that letting them outside was impossible. First time in the yard, we picked over 60 from their paws and hair. Painful. Owner does not put effort into amenities.Only heat/ac was very loud window units.One night stay was definitely not worth the 333 charge 」

「We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, and well stocked with everything you need. Beach towels, beach chair, umbrella, and sand toys were a plus! Location is perfect close to everything or just a golf cart ride away. Communication with host was great. They responded back in a timely manner. If I was to nitpick my only complaint is the bed was pretty firm and the sheets weren’t great quality.(sheets reminds me of hospital bed sheets they make noise anytime you move.) 「We visit 30A 3-4 times a year and we love going to the area, however, this stay was underwhelming. I’ll start with the pros. Great location, good communication from property management company, big & spacious bunk room, close proximity to the beach, beach chairs and umbrella setup included, nice-sized pool that you can pay extra to heat (kids loved it). Cons: this house is very basic, with bare bones furniture and decor. The layout is small and boxy. House had an unpleasant smell upon arrival....
