「Hands down, the nicest, most enjoyable vacation rental experience to date. This house is not only more beautiful than most primary homes, it had absolutely everything a large family/group would need - and then some. The manager and her team had the property ready and accessible to my family well in advance of normal check-in (and communicated it early in the day), making it so easy for those arriving early or living nearby to settled and stock the kitchen. 「Our family enjoyed all the rooms & amenities at the house. Everything was beautiful. The pool & kayaking were a hit. Touring the Greenbrier bunker was educational for all of us. I emailed the owner about a couple of things & he responded promptly. A great place for all of us!」

「The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....
