"The property was booked for 2 adults and 2 children and was advertised as sleeping 4. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was only one double bed and no sleeping accommodation provided for our two children. The small two-seat sofa was not a sofa bed and no additional mattress had been left at the property. We contacted the host that evening and they confirmed in writing that there is only one bed and explained that an air mattress would normally have been provided for the children. However,...

Holiday Inn Portsmouth by IHG

8/10 Good

"Just to note parking is free on the local roads between 6pm and 8am My room was clean but there were small areas in the room which could have done with some maintenance Would have seen nice to have a fridge in the room as well as shower caps in the bathroom"

Second Nature Southampton

10/10 Excellent

"We had a nice one night stay before our cruise. If you are cruising it is located a little further off the center but still manageable and walkable depending on what cruise ship you are on) Hotel was clean, welcoming and had lots of extras I usually do not see at a hotel. Like a kitchenette, dishwasher and washing machine(which we did not use but an added bonus for travellers). They gave us a room with the view of the park… was nice."
