the hotel is OLD OLD OLD!! the bathroom was terrible & room over all terrible!! the only good thing was the breakfast & the staff are nice- looking at the pool i felt was not safe to use- i am so sorry I will never come back to his hotel

Really enjoyed my stay at GIO Hotel Vajamar Valledupar! Great location, clean and comfortable room and very good service throughout my stay. The breakfast was also really nice with a good selection. The staff was friendly and attentive and overall everything went smoothly. Great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is located in the historical center of the city. The area is full of restaurants and shops. The room in the hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the city from its balcony. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. I highly recommend staying at this property.
