「Great room great service! 」

「Overall, the experience was quite average, which would be perfectly acceptable given the price point. However, a few issues were simply not up to standard. For instance, there was a large hole in the bedsheets. The room was not adequately stocked with basic essentials. The only tissue box provided was in the bathroom and contained just 3 tissues. When I asked housekeeping for more, I was told that only the front desk could provide them. There were also no napkins or paper towels available to use...

「The room was very clean. It was an old cabin so expected to have some minor cracks and screws loose, but it gave it a mountain charm that’s hard to find. Shower, bathroom, bed were all clean and it was perfect for a good night sleep.Although, nothing the hotel could do but the wind was really strong and wild the night we stayed so suggest getting earplugs and an eye mask cause the wind was loud and the sensor light outside the door kept getting triggered by the wind. 「スタッフの方は、親切です。 カジノを満喫したかったのですが、タバコの匂いと煙で、できる状況ではなかった。スロットの機械も、ボタンを押すところが、タバコの灰だらけで、不潔でした。スタッフの方にお願いして掃除してもらいましたが、掃除も追いつかないほど、タバコを吸っている方が多いです。小さいカジノですから、ぜひ、禁煙にしてください。」

「チェックインでのスタッフの方の笑顔と優しい対応が心に残っています。部屋も綺麗で使いやすかったです。隣にレストランもあり便利でした。次回も宿泊したいです。」

「When I told them that the bathtub plug was broken and hot water was not filling up, they said they would come to fix it in 30 minutes. However, no one came. As a result, I was not able to use the bathtub. Also, I cannot use the heating. There is a wood stove, but there is not enough wood. The entrance door is not properly installed, so a draft comes in and it is cold.」

「I do really love staying here. Some things might not work but the location and cabin feel is the best. The owners are so nice. Side note, on the check in instructions it says breakfast is only delivered at weekends which was fine as we are up and out early. 」

「The property was safe for pets and the parking was easy. Adorable little cabin that was very cozy - great shower head, great bed - and right the center of town. 」

「I stayed for 2.5 months and the entire staff was amazing. The housekeeping staff was extremely attentive and always made sure to ask if I needed anything. I will definitely stay again.」
