「Really enjoyed our stay. One slight issue was on the sunday night I asked for some hot water in a flask. The kind desk person took me to the bar area. The person behind the bar then filled the flask. I said thank you. The bar lady looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. She did not speak. She was a bad advert for the hotel」

「With the exception of an issue with breakfast (which should have been included FOC but we were charged for it at checkout; at the time of writing this is under investigation by Hotels.com), we could not fault the location, the property or its management. It is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very very minor point but there was no plugs for the kitchen sink - we did enquire but were told there weren't any.」
