Found this spot while camping with friends last weekend. Beautiful spot right by the sea at the west coast archipelago 30km south of Gothenburg. Bald rocky cliffs but if you look hard you can find some spots with grass where you can put up a tent. Cought some nice cod and flatfish if you like hunting your own meals =)

"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite. Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "Spa and restaurant were both closed the Friday evening that we spent here, which was disappointing. Instead, we visited a couple breweries in the area. The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful! The hotel itself was clean and had a cool forest theme inside. Would recommend for a spa getaway, but not the most ideal accommodation to check out downtown Gothenburg."

"The main room was lovely and spacious. The toilet and shower however was not great, but did the job. The toilet overflow was continuously on making noise. Once pointned out they were keen to get it repaired but that did not happen while i was there. It calls itself a hotel but there is no main reception or possibility for food or breakfast. Had I realised that before i may have thought twice about booking. Ultimately this is a room booking in a large block. "

"This is a massive hotel and extremely busy with events but none of this effects your stay, the rooms are very quiet and soundproofed, the area around the hotel is undergoing a lot of renovation but again this didnt effect my stay, food and shopping a 5-10 minute walk away and the hotel is very central for tourism easy to walk to sites or to catch public transport, i would highly reccomend."
