Holiday Home “La Buissonière” with Sea View, Shared Pool and Terrace

La Buissonière is a 48 m² holiday home in Vallauris, set in a quiet area on the hills above town. It accommodates up to 4 guests and features one bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare your meals with ease. You have access to a TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and step-free entry. The house has been fully renovated.



Outside, enjoy a shared garden, a covered communal terrace, and stunning views of the sea, mountains, and Cap d’Antibes. A uniquely shaped shared infinity pool is right in front of the house. The pool is deep, unfenced, but has an alarm. Children must be able to swim and supervised at all times.



A shared parking space is available on site, along with street parking. Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m., and you are expected to respect the home, shared areas, and neighbors. Video and audio surveillance devices are installed in common areas, with three cameras covering the parking, pool, terraces, and garden.



The accommodation is on the ground floor, beneath the terrace and main house where the owners live. Beaches at Golfe-Juan and Juan-les-Pins are 10 minutes away, Cannes is a 15-minute drive. The region offers many activities: seaside outings, exploring Vallauris’s famous pottery workshops, or trips to the Lérins Islands via shuttle from Golfe-Juan port.



No children under 3 years old, as the pool is very close to the patio doors.
