「The hosts responded promptly to all my messages and there were nice touches such as picking me up from the airport and some snacks/drinks and a travel card in the apartment. The apartment was attractively furnished, the location next to a subway station and bus stops and with shops nearby was very convinient. I would be happy to stay here again. The only problem I experienced is that the front door of the overall building slams closed and is loud enough to wake me up at night each time somebody...

「You can smell how clean the room is. The location is excellent, close to train and tube stations. And 30 mins tube can get u from airport to the apartment. with this convenience, we can go back to the apartment in the afternoons under heatwave. The lift is quite new and reliable, unlike some old lifts that might trap people. We would definitely go to Valencia again and hope to stay in the apartment again.」

「Die Wohnung liegt wirklich nur 5 min vom Strand entfernt. Die Straße ist sehr authentisch, im Sinne von, man wohnt da, wo die Einheimischen wohnen. Die Terasse im innen liegenden Hof hätte man besser darstellen können. Das entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und die Matratzen sehr weich.」

「In der Küche gab es keine Kaffeemaschine. Die vorhandene war nicht mit dem Induktions-Herd kompatibel. Die Wohnung ist zwar noch relativ neu, aber man erkennt schnell, dass sie nur zum Geldverdienen da ist. Was Pflege, Liebe zum Detail und Qualität des Mobiliars betrifft, ist noch Luft nach oben. Der Preis, insbesondere im Vergleich zu Barcelona und die geographische Lagen waren absolut top!!! Auch, dass es 2 Badezimmer gibt, ist natürlich toll. Etwas ungünstig war die unter der Wohnung...

「The property that was listed was great. Unfortunately, prior to our arrival we were notified that the shower was not draining properly and that it needed to be fixed. We did not feel comfortable with someone entering without us being there and so scheduling someone to come onsite would have taken away from out vacation. Not sure why this was not resolved prior to check in. We ended up having a shower that would flood the first two day and had major clean ups to do ourselves. I then took it...
