"The staff was very friendly, personable and accomodating. The "red velvet waffles" were to die for!!! The room had a cigar stench that was unrelenting! In fairness, they offered to relocate me. Thinking an air refresher would resolve the problem, I declined. I will certainly return again if I'm in the area and choose a non smoking room."

"Worst hotel I have ever booked from Experian, I didn’t even stay I checked out immediately. The room I was given had mold in the bathroom, stains all over the comforter and sheets, the floor had stains all over it some of it looked like old blood. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy."
