Excellent location, everything was at our doorstep and the team were fantastic. The only thing we didn’t have was a balcony or terrace but our property was a bed each so we compromised on this. Also would be great to have a bottle and wine bottle opener in the apartment, this was easily fixed as we went to the cafe downstairs and they obliged kindly. 100% recommend this place.

The property was well located. However, the cleanness was really poor together with the very poor quality furnishings. Toilet not flushing, around the shower edges mould was built in, hair in the floor, wonky wardrobes, AC only in the living room/kitchen, the sofas really uncomfortable, poor quality and really low. The 300 euros/night for this accommodation are not worth to pay.

Very nice apartment very close to the centre of Valencia, we had some issues with the air conditioning and a soort handle and someone was sent to fix it as soon as possible. Spacious and neat apartment with very good amenities and service!

Awesome location. HUGE rooms. Thin walls.

I’ll list the positives. The property is HUGE! It had MORE THAN ENOUGH room for my family if 6 people. The location is just amazing. I could walk to all the key locations! Mercado Central is only few minutes away. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bads. The water heater is so small. It didn’t provide enough water for my family of 6 to shower on the same day. We had to split half in the evening and the half in the next morning. The kitchen is not quite well stocked for cooking. The biggest problem was that the walls were so thin I could hear the neighbor’s conversation clearly! I expected that from other reviews so I brought a pair of ear plugs. That solved the problem. Also note that there is a restaurant right outside the window and they do open really late. (Past midnight). So be aware of that. Overall I really enjoyed staying here. I would definitely stay here again despite these shortcomings.

Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de los lugares turísticos, excelente estado del dpto. , comunicación oportuna con el anfitrión, sólo 2 temas no fueron de nuestro agrado, las llaves no eran las del dpto aunque rápidamente lo solucionaron y lo segundo es que si tienes vecinos ruidosos se escucha todo en el dpto., pero lo recomiendo totalmente el dpto
