Wonderful property unfortunately Vrbo family lef
The check-in process was challenging because Vrbo charged the property on May 18th, when in reality the property needed to be paid directly through their website. Eventually, Vrbo resolved the issue and claimed that money was taken for another reservation that was supposed to be taken in August, not May ( September reservation).The apartment is very nice, no noise, and well-located. Good touch with wine and coffee. I recommend this. I believe the property management is reliable, even though they only communicated the 'no payment received' issue when we were entering the apartment. We received a text message 48 hours before arrival, so I wish they had informed us earlier to avoid the unpleasant experience during check-in. I know a message like that can result cold but in reality, this will have help.
