Horrible beds and rude customer service

The apartment itself was nice, but the beds were SO uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on springs. I have a video to confirm there was no padding. When I reached out to the management company I was met with attitude and snarky rude comments. We ended up booking a hotel the last night because we didn’t sleep our whole trip and it really ruined our experience. Also the area is very local and older residents - you could feel how unwelcoming the locals were. Would not recommend this stay.
