Welcome to this cosy flat, located in El Cabañal, close to the beach of Valencia, which welcomes 6 people for a pleasant holiday.
For those who wish to enjoy a pleasant holiday in Valencia, this cosy flat is perfect. With its ideal location close to the Malvarrosa Beach, you can enjoy the mornings in the sun and take a refreshing swim, and in the afternoons you can take a pleasant stroll through the centre of Valencia. To enjoy meals outdoors, the house has an interior patio furnished so that you can eat together.

Moving into the rustic interior of the flat, distributed on a single floor for your comfort, it offers in the same large space, equipped with air conditioning, the living room, dining room and kitchen. It becomes an ideal space for those who like to cook while enjoying the company of their companions. The kitchen is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. When it is time to eat, there is a table where you can all eat together. The flat has 3 bedrooms, one of which has a Smart TV. All of them have a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have an exit to an interior patio. Finally, the flat offers a washing machine for your use during your stay.

Nice but could use a few amenities

Good location. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach and metro. Javi was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The place was clean and the check in/out process was smooth. The only complaint would be this place felt about 90% finished. Would have liked a coffee maker and mugs. Maybe some beach items such as chairs, towels, or beach toys. Night stands next to the beds. Towel hooks for the bathrooms. Other than that it was a perfect spot for our weekend beach vacation.
