Very good experience overall. Clean room and staff was professional and courteous. The area located is far from the historic district but it is a walkable distance to the metro. The room servicing was good. The bathroom was nice with a tub included, as well as shampoo and bath gel. There is laundry service for a fee. Overall a good experience.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom on our second day. We were moved to another room after informing reception, but then there was pubic hair in the bathtub drain in the new room. Very poor cleanliness. The only good things were the very comfortable beds and the location.

Good location!!

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city but there is easy transportation available to the city from the hotel. The hotel has free parking which is a big plus. The hotel is glamorous from the inside. The surrounding area has local stores if you need something handy.

Enjoyable stay at Eurostars Acteón. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Close to the science museums and places to eat. Breakfast had a good variety, however, was mostly luke warm instead of being hot. Sometimes food had run out and it took some time to be replaced. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

I loved this Hotel. They were very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and in good condition. You can walk to the beach or the city centre very easily. I didn't try the food but there are many places to eat around. I will come back.

Very clean and friendly staff. It was also great in terms of connectivity. The bus for 1,50€ would take you - no switching necessary - either to the beach or to the old city center. To the large aquarium you could go by foot. Would recommend it!

Cleaning staff was very good. Most of the reception was cordial and friendly with the exception of one receptionist , l didn't get his name all l remember is he was clean shaving and worked the second shift. He most definitely showed a desdain at showing any kind of service. Too bad , he should know he works in the hospitality industry ,be hospitable.

Good location as it's between the town centre and beach, the metro station is also close by. The hotel is nice and the staff were friendly however we were left without towels one morning (we asked at reception for more but none were provided, we asked a cleaner outside our room for some by chance). We were woken up a few mornings around 6am due to very loud noises, it was so loud it was as if people were in our room. The air con was also not working properly, it was set to the lowest tempature but was only blowing out very slightly cool air, the room got incredibly hot and humid.

Good facility, clean and very helpful and courteous staff. Rooms very clean. The location is convenient to walk to the outstanding Aquarium, Science and Art Museum. Nice Park for long pleasant walks. Huge shopping mall Aqua and Corte Ingles within 10-15 minutes' walk. The center and historic places easy to reach by bus and taxi, even walking for 25 minutes if you like to walk and get a good feeling about the city beautiful boulevards and green areas. Some areas the city's sewage smell is perceptible. WC (toilettes facilities are a challenge in the city and restaurants- in museums and public buildings they are good, but in restaurants WC are limited and challenging for people with discapacity or limitations and they are not typically open to use the "facilities" unless you are a customer). In the hotel proper, the water sometimes came out hyper chlorinated - if you are concerned for chlorine odors or your hair- but the showers and bathrooms are excellent, clean and very spacious. Overall, very good to excellent experience- hotel, public transportation. Valencia's architecture (old and new) and cultural traditions are superb.

The hotel was a bit dated in design and decor. The lobby was spacious with a bar and restaurant on site. Parking is in a garage below the hotel. You can park on the street, I did not experience anything bad, but I cannot guarantee your car will be safe. The surrounding neighborhood is mostly densely residential with plenty of travelers and locals around. There are limited convenience store options after 10pm and food options after 10pm within walking distance. The room was clean, the bed was very noisy, the fridge was not working as it was the same temperature as the room even with turning down the dial, and the sink didn’t drain. These things could have been a coincidence for one room. They offer 50 euro deposit as an option if you don’t want to leave your credit card number on file. Public transit is close with stops right near the hotel.
