Great location and great room

Great location and great room. I though have to mention, the hotel is unmanned and got a checkin system from hell, basic it could work find if you knew about it and could checkin in goo time in a relax inviroment with internet. But arrive and find out is another side.

Overall, good stay. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Moderately dirty/dusty floor. Very good A/C which worked well to cool room quickly. Lots to do within walking distance. Only downside was large amount of sidewalk noise present but to be expected. Would stay again.

Great location, minor problems

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing, in the heart of Valencia’s Old Town, near lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and stunningly beautiful architecture. Some minor problems: the smell of the plumbing in the bathroom was quite bad, especially in the morning. I’ve heard that often happens in older buildings. Putting an “airwick” or a similar semi-permanent deodorizer in the bathroom would be a very good idea. Also, the front door is heavy, and the instructions for opening it weren’t entirely clear. We had to help two different groups of clients open the front door.

Clean hotel, central location

The location of this hotel is excellent -- super walkable location and you're able to get pretty much everywhere from here. The only thing we didn't love was the size. The room and bathroom were very small and it felt like we had zero room to open our luggages and still walk around the space. Loved that we had a tiny balcony and we could hear all the street noise outside. There's no check-in desk or lobby, but the team helped us check in via Whatsapp when we were having issues. The only downside of not having a lobby was that we couldn't leave our bags anywhere after check-out. And it's on a walking street so you have to carry/drag your bags a couple blocks before you can catch a taxi. Everything was clean and they had AC, so overall a nice stay.

Code to open door

It was difficult opening both doors ( main and bedroom) with a code. It took a minimum of 4 attempts. Only one person allowed in the lift at a time. We didn’t know this as we couldn't read the note taped to the lift written in Spanish. We thought the lift was not functioning. The room was fine.

Once you are able to finally get in since there is no front desk or staff on site, the hotel has comfortable bedding, air conditioning works well and the location is excellent!

Hotel is unmanned but we had good communication via WhatsApp. Room was compact but everything we needed for a short stay and the location was great. If staying longer than a few days there is very little space for clothes. The room had a mini fridge that we weren’t aware we were getting so that was a bonus. On the 4th & 5 th floors there was a water dispenser, microwave and coffee machine.

Great place to stay and get to explore the city of Valencia. The only things that could use improvement are to negotiate a better parking rate, and also ensure power does not go out every 20 minutes. It does come back immediately, but it is something to consider getting fixed.

Thank you for a comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The location couldn’t be better — it’s close to the train station, the metro, and it’s a nice walk into the city center. It is simple, but so comfortable and very clean. We had a small balcony, WiFi, toiletries, and our room was made up fresh for us for our serving night. We will stay again, and we will refer to our friends.

There is no staff. We had a couple of problems and I think we were talking with a robot. We asked several times for the Wifi code and it kept giving us an AI generated response the elevator on a couple occasions did not work the electric on several occasions went in and out.

The building has absolutely no insulation between rooms, you can hear absolutely everything that’s happening in the rooms next to you, it was impossible to sleep. Tiny rooms also. I would Tata’s here again.

I have been in this house and very disappointed. I don’t know how Expedia collaborates with this house. They don’t have reception they don’t have nothing. When you asked for room number and code number they completely confused and they don’t know what is going on with the room I booked and pay before go there . I took 3-4 hours to negotiate with Expedia and this house finally to send me room number and code number until 10 :00 pm . I do not recommend this place

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Check-in was after 3 PM even though the time was 3 PM. The bed had hair from previous guests, and the bathroom had two wet, used towels hanging. There was no hot water in the shower, and all four pillows smelled dirty, as if they hadn’t been washed. I reported all this to the hotel, but they took no action. By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. If you don’t mind a bathroom with used towels hanging, no hot water, and pillows and blankets that feel already used, this hotel might be for you. El check-in fue después de las 3 PM aunque la hora era a las 3. La cama tenía cabellos de huéspedes anteriores y en el baño colgaban dos toallas mojadas y usadas. La ducha no tenía agua caliente y las cuatro almohadas olían sucias, como si no se hubieran lavado. Informé de todo esto al hotel, pero no tomaron ninguna medida. Sin duda, el peor hotel en el que me he alojado. Si no te importa un baño con toallas usadas colgadas, sin agua caliente y almohadas y mantas que parecen ya utilizadas, este hotel puede ser para ti.

I was so disappointed because they did not refund one day. Instead of staying 4 nights we only stayed 3 and they charged me 4 even though I cancel that night days in advance. Hotels told me to write and send them the full invoice for them to talk with Nommads but the result was the same. No refund Also, they gave us the wrong room code and we stayed more than 20 minutes waiting for them to fix it.
