This apartment located in the historic center of Valencia (Ciutat Vella) is less than 200 meters from the Mercado Central, with a unique architecture and one of the largest product markets in Europe. Junto al Mercado Central is the Lonja de La Seda, a Gothic civil style building protected by UNESCO. 10 minutes walk to the Estación del Norte and 600m from the 'Angel Guimerá' metro line direct to the Valencia airport. You can travel to all places of cultural and ocio interests.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood that lives during the night, is fully equipped, furnished and recently decorated. Room with 2 double bedrooms on the lower floor, 1 with 2 individual bedrooms and 1 with a double bedroom, and 1 triple bedroom on the upper floor with 2 terraces and 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. The dining room is located on the main floor next to the kitchen. It has 2 full bathrooms located on the lower floor. Volet de la pièce principale bloqué donc pas de lumière dans l'appartement, signalé mais pas dépanné, ampoules des abats jours grillées, interrupteurs pas accessible. Ensemble très froid, pas chaleureux du tout.
