A bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment accommodating up to 4 guests, featuring a living-dining area, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower. Air conditioning via split units in the living-dining area and bedroom. Well connected by bus and metro, just 1.2 km from the city centre, 4.5 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 6.5 km from Arenas and Malvarrosa beaches, and 18 km from the Albufera Natural Park.
The Accommodation:
This apartment is located in a recently renovated building in the Arrancapins neighbourhood (Extramurs). It has been tastefully decorated with carefully selected furnishings, creating a fresh, welcoming, and practical atmosphere with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The 65m² apartment includes:
- A spacious living-dining area with seating for 4 guests, a 160x200cm double sofa bed, and a round dining table.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with small appliances, including a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, and blender.
- Comfortable master bedroom with a 150x190cm double bed, mirror and shelving.
- Accessible and adapted bathroom (equipped with a walk-in shower with a grab bar, large sink, mirror and toilet).
The apartment comes with bed linen, one hand towel, and one bath towel per person, as well as an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and complimentary kitchen and bathroom amenities, including a kitchen sponge, dishcloth, bin bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, and two toilet rolls per bathroom. Additionally, guests will find coffee capsules and a 1.5L bottle of mineral water on arrival.

It is a quiet, residential area, ideal for families, just a 15-minute walk from the Mercat de Rojas Clemente, 19 minutes from Torres de Quart, 15 minutes from the Central Market, and 20 minutes from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. The area also offers numerous restaurants and local shops, as well as nearby supermarkets such as Mercadona and Consum, where you can find organic food options.
Getting Around:
The apartment is in a well-connected area with bus, metro, taxi, and cycle lanes, making it easy to reach the historical centre in 10 minutes and Malvarrosa Beach in 20 minutes.
- BUS stops: Pérez Galdós - Conca: 3 metres away (Line C3).
Pérez Galdós - Martínez Aloy: 300 metres away (Line 71).
