Hotel is new but room is small. Location is next to the arena which is scheduled to complete in 2025. Nearby shopping mall, Carrefour, huge super market and its gas station. Also 15 min walk to Science and Art museum. Hotel has paid parking we choose to use for the hassle looking for free parking outside. The parking lot is good size, not those tiny one built 70 years in downtown. Housekeeping clean our room daily not those every other day clean hotels. Very happy to stay in this new developed area in Valencia.

Muito bom
A localização é boa, mas não a melhor para um viagem de turismo. O quarto era confortável e limpo. Muito bom banheiro, mas a água saída do chuveiro para o meio do banheiro. Funcionários atenciosos. Fácil estacionamento gratuito em frente ao hotel.

Exlente Hotel para viajes de negocio, zona tranquila que limita un poco salir a cenar pero me gusto muchisimo, comodo, amplio, limpio. Seguro que volvere. Solo he tenido problemas con la factura, he tenido que llamar 5 veces para conseguir que me la enviaran.

Lonely place within 3 apartment buildings, no cafes no restaurants within 30 min. Room was very small.

short trip to enjoy New Years eve Celebrations
3 day trip to enjoy New Years Eve. Hotel rooms although not large are very clean and well equipped with great TV and a super Bathroom and shower. King size bed was also very comfortable. Well positioned for all sightseeing and the parking for car was very helpful. Would recommend.

I really like the place , very clean and looking nice! The hotel is safe and close to the La Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias. Me gustó mucho el ambiente futurista que tiene este hotel. Su personal muy amable al dar recomendaciones y hacer que los visitantes se sientan muy cómodos y relajados!

New hotel on first floor of Condo building. Property is relatively new, so rooms are clean, white and have new furniture. Kudos for the mattresses they are king size and very comfortable. Please note some rooms overlook an internal patio, so no views or natural light. Front desk employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Victoria that helped me on several needs I had during my stay, always with a smile and great attitude. Hotel Area, Cuatro Carrers is relatively new, 10 minutes away from Saler Shopping Center and La Ciudad de las ciencias. Hotel has an Asian fusion restaurant downstairs that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, but there are no other restaurants, bars or Spanish food options nearby unless you walk to the mall or change to a different area. Overall a good experience in a small hotel with comfortable beds, good employees but a bit off the beaten path.

Inchecken ging supersnel. Het personeel was oprecht vriendelijk en ontzettend behulpzaam gedurende ons hele verblijf. De kamers zijn weliswaar klein, maar wel schoon, modern en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Zeker een aanrader! Het ontbijt in het restaurant is prima. En ook daar heel vriendelijk personeel.

Overall good hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is good near a tram stop to get to the old center and 20mn walk from turia park and city of science. The room was quite small however and the internet was pretty terrible, sometimes fast and sometimes just not working. With average connection in roaming in the room I would not recommend it for remote work.

Très bon hôtel pour visiter l’océanographie.
HÔTEL récent mais malheureusement mal insonorisé le Traffic urbain est omni présent et le matin les avions. Très bien situé pour visiter, à 20 mètre de la futur salle arena, personnel très aimable. Seul problème l’ascenseur est tombé en panne mais que sur une journée

El personal que nos atendió pésimo. Había una chica latina,que trataba muy mal a las otras chicas. A nosotros y a otros huéspedes nos atendió muy mal. Estuve en un Hotel de está cadena en Alcalá de Henares, fue excelente. Nos hicieron esperar ,llegamos de viaje muy cansados.
