「Estefania was exceptionally responsive for all questions. The apartment was just as pictured. We were able to cook meals and special note- the hot water and shower pressure were great. I cannot say enough about the location. Steps from the lovely Plaza de la Virgen. Restaurants/cafes, sites to see and more. Highly recommend. 」

「Se asemeja bastante a lo esperado. Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor. La gestión es satisfactoria, al tener problema responden rápido y amable. El agua caliente tras varias...

「Schöne saubere Wohnung in der Altstadt von Valencia. Sehr gut um fussläufig die Stadt zu erkunden. Der Vermieter ist nett, freundlich und antwortet schnell auf e-Mails. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch Okay. Die Betten haben normale Matratzen nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Die Bäder und Duschen sind ausreichend groß. Preis-Leisungverhältnis passt. Alles in Allem Empfehlenswert. 」

「L'hôte répond rapidement, logement très haut de plafond et sol en béton brut ( ca fait un peu hangar), on a été un peu surpris lors de notre arrivé en constatant une assez grosse fuite d'eau derrière la porte de la salle de bain, avec l'eau qui coulait tout autour de la porte et le long de la cuisine avec un bruit assez fort lorsque que les voisins du dessus utilise l'eau. On a prévenu directement l'agence qui nous dit qu'il nous tiendront au courant rapidement, mais toujours aucune nouvelle a...

「Freundlicher Gastgeber, eine gut ausgestattete große Wohnung mit einer schönes Terrasse in zentraler Lage. Die Betten waren bequem. Nur der Straßenlärm machte uns in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen zu schaffen.」

「Host communication was timely and helpful and the location of this home was ideally situated for exploring Valencia. Unfortunately, I was ill for a bit of our stay, but the beautiful view from the patio and balcony and the kitchen made recovery that much easier. We hope to get back to Valencia for a do-over someday soon and I would love to stay here again. The only challenge is the many steep stairs to climb to the top floor location, but they were definitely worth the effort. 」
