"Do not trust any good reviews for this property or accept to stay in room #2. There were things in this apartment that were broken, terribly stained, in disrepair, and not clean! We have pictures and videos of our check-in and Expedia and owner refuse refund or credit! Inmense amount of mold in washing machine and smelled terrible! Dirty dishes left in the dish washer. "The House is as the pictures shows. The place and surroundings breath quietness, smells pure after a rainy night. The hosts Sussy and Steffano are very nice and helpfull. They are available at any moment, give you tips for daytrips and of course the restaurants and prosecco winery. The can tell you the history of the house and place as well while having a smaal walk to the top of the hill. Excellent place to be!"

"We (small family with two kids 4y / 6y) had the luck to stay a week in the guesthouse Rita. Everything was great and the house was awesome! The huge living / cooking room had all stuff we needed! The bedrooms had great beds and lots of space for all clothes we had. The bath was big and had a great shower! All rooms have an air con! Antonio and his wife took care of all our needs in a very friendly way. Highly recommended! Many thanks for everything!"

"Lucy's house is located in a great place. It is peaceful area, with only one neighbouring house. There is wonderful view over the valley with vineyards. We spent most of the time in the garden. House is traditional stone wall building with all the facilities you typically need.Lucy is a great person that is very helpful and friendly.Definitely recommend for people looking for quiet and relaxing place."

"We had an amazing stay at the chalet. Antonia and Caterina are very thoughtful hosts, who were very helpful and friendly and provided a lot information for the stay. We found a very well equipped, cosy house; spotless clean. We can totally recommend."

"We had a great stay with 2 families in Codognè in the Villa Ariella. The house is furnished in a rustic style, nothing was missing. The large pool and garden with lots of shady spots were used particularly intensively. The hosts were very friendly and always had tips for excursions or restaurants."

"The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job."
