"We stayed for two nights and interacted with four employees. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, the man who arranged a taxi for us was helpful, and the owner, who made us coffee, was also very kind. However, on the last morning, one man's attitude was terrible. If it weren't for that, it would have been perfect. In the last 30 minutes, our 5-point rating dropped to 2 points. Due to our circumstances, we were allowed to eat breakfast 15 minutes earlier than the usual time. We are deeply grateful for your kindness.
