"Hallo,wir hatten gebucht fur 11 nachten und hatte gehofft auf ein schöner Urlaub aber ..De Bilder sind bestimmt 10 Jahre alt.Pool war dreckig, Umrandung kaputt, Löscher im Folie dadurch fehlten 40 cm Wasser.PoolBeleuchtung so wie im Inserat zu sehen ist funktioniert auch nicht mehr.So keine schöne Abend beim pool.Alles ungepflegt, Gartenmöbel dreckig und alt und kaputt, beim pool und oben beim Terrasse.Wasser nur 19 grad trotz jede tag sonne weil es soviel wasser verliert und nachgefüllt werden...

"I would stay here again in a heart beat! Nothing fancy but location is awesome. Stairs to the vrooms and check in are steep, so if walking is hard, that is only downside."

"Had high hopes for this place as I’d read about it in a view travel guides. Was sadly disappointed. PROS: Fabulous buffet breakfast with a lovely view, nice size rooms. Friendly front desk staff. CONS: 1) Gym: kind of a joke, very small, not really clean, a ridiculous multi-station machine that’s great in theory, terrible in functionality. 2) Room service: ordered a grilled chicken breast and vegetables. Received what appeared to be a very under seasoned AND undercooked (several areas of pink) rolled piece of chicken sitting solo in the middle of a big plate, and a tiny à la carte serving of vegetables in a little bowl. Total was $85. Told the front desk at check out and they just said, “Sorry”. 3) We did a walk through of the pool area where the chaise loungers were clearly well worn, and there was a big puddle of backed up standing water on the walkway just outside the pool gate."

"Despite the website saying that the rooms were "fully equipped", the fridge had been disabled (presumably to increase bar takings) which was not good news in the very hot weather. The menu of the in house restaurant was unimaginative and the waiter was surly. The hotel catered overwhelmingly for tennis players so that there were no (or only a few) car parking spaces if you returned in the middle of the day. The breakfasts were good as was the cleaning of the rooms."

"Having stayed in three Ibis hotels this week I was disappointed with this one. The room was small and the bathroom/shower badly needed refurbishing as the bath was too high to easily get in and out of to shower safely. The TV had no English channels accept BBC news, My evening meal consisted of a bowl of lettuce with three pieces of breaded chicken with two halves of tomato and my partner had raw beef with a spoonful of mashed potato. Breakfast was just as dismal as none of the items were replenished when they had been used by other customers as there were no staff members to speak to. Very disappointing and over priced."
