"Hotellet ligger fint vid Klarälven,gott om parkering,mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal.Kanske att restaurangen är stängd på söndagar kan vara en nackdel men det tar ca 5 minuter med bil så är man nere i centrum och där finns flera restauranger man kan välja bland"

"This hotel fulfills many different needs for a traveller, whether for business or holiday. It's an easy walk to the train station, an easy walk across the river to the Opera House and other art activities and is near to many restaurants and a Coop grocery store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast, included with room, is also quite good. I did find the breakfast restaurant too dim and not quite my morning vibe. The staff were courteous about my taking my plate out into the main lobby where there was more light and the music not quite so loud. (it wasn't loud in the restaurant but it was noticeable in a way I didn't care for). The rooms (I had a superior balcony room) are spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping are incredibly friendly and very nice. I really do recommend this hotel."

"Relativt dåligt planerat hotell, vars enda egentliga fördel är läget. Praktiskt ställe att övernatta för dig som reser norrut, mot fjällen i Dalarna, eller längre upp. Välstädat och med en anständig frukostbuffé."
