"Our apartment was very nice, well equipped, and clean. It was very warm, and temperature control would be an improvement. Staff, Mattias in reception, all very helpful and friendly. Excellent service. The shuttle bus service to town centre and return is also a great plus. "This property from the start to end with staff interaction and hospitality were unprofessional and unwilling to be courteous. The property was poorly lit, dirty, and multiple things were broken. This included a door that could not lock, broken toilet lid, terrible smell in the apartment and soiled linens. "
