「Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory. The main issue was the lack of proper room cleaning service. During an entire week, the room was cleaned only once, which is unacceptable for a property presented as a residence/hotel. In addition, the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. The room was also very cold, and it was not possible to regulate the temperature in any effective way. Overall, the poor housekeeping service significantly...

「La camera necessita di verifiche e manutenzione, abbiamo riscontrato parecchie cose rotte: asciugacapelli, maniglia armadio e telecomando tv. La colazione é un po' triste...poca scelta e bassa qualità. Il servizio in alcuni casi è riultato soddisfacente ma in altri é risultato deludente.」

We could always hear noises from the rooms around us, us well as a steady loud pump of music coming from the kitchen each night. One night in particular there was a wedding onsite in the courtyard/ at the restaurant- I have no problem with a bit of noise of celebration… But the noise was extreme. 「So this is the 4th Time i stayed at this Hotel and this time i regret the stay. While the room was somewhat ok, the Hotel is not. It's dirty, and it smells. The breakfast experience was not optimal last time when i stayed, so i did not even bother. I will not stay in this Hotel again and can not recommend it.」
