「We enjoyed our stay, property was as described. It's convenient to many of the Hudson Valley small towns, including West Point.」

「Property is shabby overall. Efforts have been made to update kitchen and bathroom vanity, but too little attention to making apartment enjoyable. “Coffee Bar” is a wooden organizer for K-cups and a Keurig, nothing special. Only 1 coffee mug in cabinets. Kitchen table is folding “bridge” table with metal folding chairs. Dishwashing soap was a refill container with no dispenser. Kitchen trash basket was the only one in entire apartment (no waste basket even in bathroom) and lid did not work...

「This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...
