I did not get much communication about check in or anything like that from Vrbo. Once we arrived, we had to find the front desk (different building) and figure it out ourselves.The room was clean, pictures were accurate. It was just a few minute walk from the Gondola which was great.We had access to both a hot pool and a very large hot tub. The hot pool was in the same building and the hot tub was across the street.The balcony has a nice view of the mountain and one of the main roads leading to the gondola.There is also a heated boot / ski storage area on the lower floor, which was appreciated. It is in the basement so we did have to go down one floor from our usual entrance, but there is an elevator if you are feeling the days skiing.Overall we enjoyed our time here!
