The condo was great and staff very helpful. The access to shops, restaurants and ski lifts very convenient. The only major problem we encountered was horrible ski conditions on the mountain. Very few lifts and runs open along with crowded conditions made for very short days on the slopes. Surprised they even stayed open.

Not a luxury unit

Dated unit .. mold in bathroom, stove didn’t work, dishwasher broken, not heat in one room… pots pans everything dated and worn. Not worth the price for an advertised “luxury unit” Saving Grace was great manager Sally that moved us to a more suitable unit… saved our family weekend m.

Exactly as advertised.

The entire experience, soup to nuts, was excellent. The owner accommodated a date change after the original reservation. I ended up switching payment methods and Vail Management handled it flawlessly. The location can not be beat, close to lifts and shops. The unit is a little dated but everything worked and the living room TV was perfect. I would stay in this unit again.

End of Summer

The unit was very hot. Heat apparently is not controllable. The only other complaint was the master shower did not work( cold and zero water pressure). Other than that it was great. Very comfortable and in a great location. The other two bathrooms worked properly and the unit was nicely appointed

Reputable owner

When I booked this unit for the Thanksgiving weekend, the owner did not realize that given the holiday, he could have commanded a higher price for this unit. But he stood by the booking and the lower rate. Class act!

The location is perfect. You can walk anywhere.

Cozy. Beds, chairs, and sofas are all cushy. Very nice unit. And the management is very good.
