When you want to practice your workout routine, break a sweat in the fitness center, and when hunger arises, fire up one of the outdoor grills. A complimentary shuttle and covered parking attend to all of your transportation needs.

Minutes away from Simba Run, you'll be in Vail Village where numerous eateries, convenience stores, and parks await. During the cooler months, be sure to don your skis for thrilling rides down the slopes at Vail Ski Resort. Sunny months can be spent exploring the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, the Vail Golf Club, and the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater.

After a day filled with brand-new memories, head inside the elegantly decorated interior of your stay. With an open-concept layout and continued views, all of life's little luxuries are met. Gather for family movie nights on the cozy seating in the living room. Whip up home-cooked meals amongst the kitchen's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. And dine as a family under the warm glow of the antler chandelier at the dining table.

The condo's bedrooms are equally comfortable, and the private washer/dryer ensures your adventure gear is always clean. As night falls over the mountains, head for the private patio to watch the stars fill the sky before gathering around the wood-burning fireplace, a cup of cocoa in hand, and your favorite people by your side.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests pay a $26 resort fee at check-in to the front desk directly to access resort amenities.
This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Convenient to slopes and Village

The location has everything you’ll need for a ski vacation. Large condos, storage for skis, shuttles to slopes. The views are spectacular.
