「The apartment was really well located. Close to canals but not directly in the busy centre. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk to rail station and near bus stop for Costa Nova. Inside was recently refurbished. Bed was comfy. More thought required for kitchen- corkscrew but no wine glasses, good knives but tiny chopping board, espresso cups but no coffee maker. Toilet would be a challenge for large people.」

「This is a high quality apartment in a very good location. You are a 15 minute walk from the Art Nouveau museum and the heart of the canals and restaurant area. There are 2 small grocery stores within 2 blocks, and a few restaurants in the immediate area as well. Everything in the apartment is modern and works well. The bedroom is spacious and there is plenty of closet space. the kitchen is big enough with a full size refrigerator. The AC is excellent, as is the bathroom. The washer is new and...

「After sending 8 emails regarding the cancellation of this reservation I was suprised and amused to get yet another AI generated email that said how pleased you were to host us. I would suggest that Guest Ready ditch the AI and provide REAL HUMANS to actually read emails and care enough to provide a real response to problems. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.」
