「It was a very nice hotel-food was good the rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and the location was very convenient」

「Proximity of the property to all the good places to visit. Staff need to be more trained on customer service. The corridors outside the rooms were dirty. Looks like the General Manager is inexperienced and does not do his checks and controls. Overall good property but not managed well by the leadership team of the property」

「Had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip Vagator, Goa! Excellent hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a beautiful ambience. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for a relaxing Goa getaway. Would love to visit again! 🌴❤️」

「The stay was equipped somewhat okay. We did miss two chairs inside our room. The pool was not very clean and some of the staffs were kind of passive and not very welcoming. Overall I would say the stay was okay but could do much better, given the other facilities available, including the adequate parking and the swimming pool.」

「Personal hilfsbereit. Gym quasi nicht existent. Zimmer wurden zuverlässig gereinigt. Zimmer haben kleine Makel.」

「I wrote a review when I got there and am updating it. I really liked this resort especially the outdoors and staff. The food quality was diverse, breakfast had good choices. The swimming pool is excellent and kept clean. The reception area is a little crowded. Nice beaches within 10 to 15 minutes from the BLU. Its both a romantic place and also kid friendly. Hope to visit again.」

「The host was very helpful and very accommodating.. the property is very close to the main beach. 」

「They are severly understaffed. Esp on the weekends as the resort is packed the service is extremely slow. More chance of ordering from zomato/blinkit and getting things on time than from hotel staff.」

「We were really excited to stay at the Passport Hotel, considering the reviews, the value and the fact we had our own private pool. Overall, we loved our stay and had a great time in North Goa. There are some things the hotel could do better and some things they've really nailed. The staff are incredibly friendly and very passionate about the food and cocktails. Everything we ate and drank was delicious, and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful when approached and genuinely cared about...
