DO NOT STAY at this hotel.What a poorly managed property. No hand towels ( just one small face towel) and no bath floor mats. My key card didnt work so i called up and they asked me to come 3 floors down to get the key. When i asked for two keys (one as a backup) then the receptionist said i can only get one. When asked to see a manager she mentioned the manager position is currently vacant and there is no manager.

Lemon Tree is a great brand eg properties in Pune, Bengaluru and Sambhajinagar are excellent. Somehow our Vadodara experience was not at par. Staff had good attitude but somehow struggled to provide great service. eg room key did not work on several occasions. Front desk needed multiple reminders to provide adequate supplies of towels, napkins and water bottles. Soap, shampoo, bodywash supplies were not refilled and needed multiple reminders. Restaurant and consierge service was quite good though.

1. The reception did not reply my email for my request on airport pick up, my colleague had purposely went to the reception to arrange my airport pick up.
2. The driver late for my airport pick up.
3. The room is not clean, the floor is dirty.
4. The room have very poor soundproof, feels sleep in a market.
5. The room is smelly, the smog from outside went into the room.
6. We booked daily transfer to the office by hotel's travel desk, the driver with dangerous driving skill knock down a motorcyclist during my second day of travel.
7. There is a rude driver requested 2000 rupees for his dinner.

I had a very bad experience during my stay I had made the booking for 2 nights with my wife but on the second evening after we returned to the hotel tired I received a call from the front desk and he told me sternly that they have to shift my room to a different floor for the second night since all other rooms on that floor we're unoccupied and they wanted to shut the AC. I told him that we are tired and wouldn't like to switch but he said I will have to shift else they will put ac off at night. I called their manager who made their gm also call me but inspire of all this I had to switch my room half way during my stay. Did not expect such terrible treatment from a reputed chain. I asked the gm to give this incident details to me in writing he said he will do so at the time of check out but I didn't even receive that. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybodye as they do not seem to care about customer comfort.

My stay at this Hotel was extra ordinary, the vibe is great! Any service was provided easily, and perfectly, with the nicest attitude. Excellent meals! Very friendly stuff! Perfect value for money. For sure I'll come back in my next visit.

The hotel staff were very kind. Had to change rooms and in both rooms the A/C ducting was exposed and shabby. Else the place was good.
