From it's perfect location close to transport links, cafes/restaurants etc. its Spacious , comfortable rooms with everything you could need and easy communication with Hosts who were so accommodating with our stay allowing us a bit of extra time on checkout morning. "We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. "We arrived early at the Hotel and they offered to let us check in 3 hours early. Staff were amazing and brought the luggage up to the room for us and were very helpful throughout the stay. The room was amazing very clean and spacious. Great location right by the Parliament Building. The hotel is also very accessible for those in Wheelchairs and very accommodating."
